With over 40 years experience, Keith likes nothing more than working with you to bring your ideas and dreams to life in his Cambridgeshire studio.
Designing your own jewellery is a deeply personal experience and a magical journey.
How we work with you.
There is a process to follow when creating such a personal piece of jewellery and with the benefit of our technology we can bring your design to life in store.
Inspiration.
You may already have a clear idea of what your perfect ring looks like. Perhaps your family tradition is a trilogy ring or a certain stone.
Are you thinking of something contemporary, or do you favour a more classic style? Have a look at our of inspiration board to get your creative juices flowing.
Pricing.
It’s important you are happy with the quality and provenance of your chosen stones.
All our stones are ethically sourced and conflict free and if you want something usual, we can source it for you.
Alternatively, we are happy to come to you with our Design at home service.
Whichever you choose you can be sure that Keith creates every design with love and passion which is how it should be. If you are travelling from further afield, make a weekend of it and spend some time discovering Cambridge which is romantic at any time of year.
Consultation.
We would love to welcome you to our design studio in Cambridgeshire, where we can pour you a glass of Prosecco, or a cup of tea or coffee to enjoy whist we begin to work on your design. We can also show you a selection of gems we hold in stock.
Alternatively, we are happy to come to you with our Design at home service if you are within a 30 mile radius of Cambridge or we can offer an on-line consultation by Zoom.

Our consultations take place on Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The Design.
Using the latest Countersketch CAD (computer aided design) Software will enable us to refine your ideas and quickly create a visual image which clearly shows exactly what the finished piece will look like.
The software allows us to change settings, number of stones effortlessly and finalise the design before we start creating your ring.
Creating your ring.
Once the CAD image has been created in 3D way your ring is cast in the metal of your choosing. We then handset each stone in our workshop.
We will even offer you photographs of the ring being made in our workshop, as a keepsake.
The Finale.
We love presenting you with the finished piece of jewellery, seeing the start of your journey and staying with you throughout your lives together. An eternity ring, an anniversary ring, birth of a child or significant birthday, we will create something memorable. We can shape your wedding ring to fit perfectly around your engagement ring which naturally enhances it. As we like to say, “whatever the season, come to Deavesons”.
